The Internal Medicine Health Center provides internal medicine primary care services to men and women 18 year and older who are well, acutely, or chronically ill. Consultants in the department have had broad-based training in General Internal Medicine and in one or more subspecialties. The presence of clinicians with different subspecialty training in the department allows an integrated approach to patient.
