Hyperthermia

WHOLE-BODY HYPERTHERMIA (BIOSCIENCE WAY), is used to treat metastatic cancer that has spread throughout the body. This can be accomplished by raising the body temperature up to 108°F, (42°C).
This is accomplished by a licensed perfusionist and a surgical team on standby in a treatment room with a machine that heats the blood to a temperature that is cytotoxic for cells in an enviroment with low p02, and los pH conditions that are found specifically in tumours tissue, (1) in combination with a low dose chemo; typically we use laetrile.
Significant improvement , has been demostrated for tumours of the head and neck, breast, brain, cervix, rectum, lung, oesophagus, vulva, vagina and also for melanoma. (1)
Although this treatment isn't for everyone, and the medical team will decide if this type of treatment is for you and your specific cancer.
Patients can be treated
· Patients with inoperable tumours
· After a successful operation to reduce the risk of a relapse
· As a support measure for chemotherapy and or radiation
· Patients in an advanced state with multiple metastases
· Patients with a high risk of relapse
· Patients with a minimal tumour burden who refuse an operation
Other conditions can be treated with hyperthermia
· Rheumatic conditions (2)
· Bronchial asthma (3)
· Chronic and recurrent viral infections (4)
· Conditions requiring detoxification (5)
